Oct 1st, 2011, -  Sat, 2 PM to 5 PM – Dallas, Texas – The Gluten & Allergen Free EXPO – Carol will be doing “Blissful Baked Goods” baking instructions.

Nov 16th, 2011, – 2 PM – Clearwater Beach Branch Library, 69 Esplanade, Clearwater, FL – Title – “Gluten Free Holiday Desserts”.    Come meet Carol!  Learn about Gluten Free.   Carol will be signing her cookbooks also.

March 9 – 11, 2012 – Natural Products West – Anaheim, CA – Carol launches Coconut Palm Sugar with Wholesome Sweeteners – giving away bags of Coconut Palm Sugar, signing cookbooks and greeting fans.
