The end of this month will mark the 3 year anniversary of Simply…Gluten Free! Wow, where has the time gone? Who knew when I decided to start this gluten free blog that it would lead to so many wonderful things? While the opportunities and doors opened to me by the blog have been numerous, the very best thing has been getting to know all my wonderful readers!

I decided that a give away was the very best way to celebrate – after all, isn’t giving so much better than receiving? I contemplated what I should give away: a bread maker, a blender, a mixer, a pan? The choices were endless. That’s when I thought to myself – hey, why not let them decide what they want? And that’s when the idea of a gift card to Amazon.com came to me. That way the winner can get anything they want. Well, OK, not ANYTHING! If you want a trip to Australia or a brand new car you need to go see Oprah.
