Kinnikinnick does another Marathon Baking Product Giveaway!

I have been using Kinnikinnick’s many awesome gluten-free products – one-for-one simply superior to all other brands – for years now and I still cannot find better products for gluten free baking and just plain ole good eating!

They are North America’s leading gluten-free baked goods manufacturer. And I can understand why.

Since this is mostly a “Baking Products Giveaway” (they threw in some other fun stuff also!), I’ll stick to that topic.

The Kinnikinnick baking mixes work exactly as you want a mix to work . Even Rachael Ray agrees, “These slightly sweet, crepe-like pancakes are as tender and fluffy as the silver dollars from my local diner” (March 2011).

Gluten free has never tasted so good – that’s Kinnikinnick’s motto and I wholeheartedly agree! 15 years ago when I first went gluten-free, I thought that many simple, beloved foods I had taken for granted were to become a thing of the past. But thanks to the dedicated efforts of Kinnikinnick we gluten-free folks can now enjoy breads, muffins, bagels, cookies, hamburger buns and even doughnuts!

All Kinnikinnick’s products are gluten, wheat and nut tree free and many are dairy free as well. Not only does Kinnikinnick made delicious tasting gluten-free products, they are socially responsible as well, supporting groups that further the eduction of Celiac Disease and Autism as well as helping to fund Research Centers. As a note I recently tried one (or 5) of their Kinni-Toos (a gluten and dairy free cookie VERY similar to an Oreo Cookie) and may I just say, it was a little bit of heaven in my gluten-free world.

When I baked cupcakes using Kinnikinnick’s cake mix and Kinni-Toos on Daytime TV the host exclaimed she could not tell they difference between these and regular gluten-filled products! And that was from a gluten eater!

LOVE IT and can never get it anywhere! it is so easy to use and so convenient! makes great hamburger and hot dog buns (I have the pans) and you can always have fresh bread w/o the hassel.
