Awesome Two Guys Barbeque Sauces Giveaway!

There are certain things that just drive me crazy, pet peeves if you will, and one of those things is when gluten is added to things where it shouldn’t be in the first place – like barbeque sauce.  Seriously!  What is gluten doing in barbeque sauce?

Well, apparently it really does not need to be in there because one of the best commercially available barbeque sauces I have tried is completely gluten free – Two Fat Guys Barbeque Sauce.  But not only are Two Fat Guys sauces gluten free they are also high fructose corn syrup free – in fact, there are NO artificial ingredients – they are preserved with lemon juice!  Do you know hard it is to find bottled barbeque sauce that is high fructose corn syrup free?  Well I do because I went on a mission to find some and got so frustrated I gave up.  And to add to the list of things these awesome sauces are free of, they are fat and cholesterol free and low in sodium.

Two Fat Guys has four flavors – Mild, Spicy, Smoky and Lava Hot.  They all start with the handcrafted mild sauce that started it all, the perfect blend of thick, sweet, spicy and smoky and from there they get spicier or smokier.  I love all of them, but my favorite is the Lava Hot, cuz I am just that tough.  These sauces are great on meat, poultry and even tofu.   Personally I like to put some sauce on a baked potato, it is a fat free way to add a lot of flavor and makes it so I eat less ribs (and keep my own ribs from getting to chubby!)
