Gluten Free Flour and Cookbook

by Carol Kicinski on November 30, 2011

Just in time for all your special Holiday baking needs!

Two bags of Carol’s Amazing All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour plus a signed copy my dessert cookbook - Simply…Gluten-Free Desserts.

I am so thrilled to be able to offer this Giveaway to you!Gluten Free Flour and Cookbook

My Gluten Free ALL PURPOSE Flour

I looked and looked all over for a good blend of gluten free flour that didn’t have the cardboard taste that is so commonly associated with most gluten free foods. I couldn’t find anything!

That is why I researched, tried and tested until `I came up with my own blend.

This blend not only makes pastries, pies, pie crusts, cakes sweet breads and more, it tastes and bakes just like regular all purpose wheat flour!

My Simply…Gluten Free Desserts Cookbook

I put my heart and soul into writing my cookbook, in the hopes that you will get more than just 150 recipes, but that you would learn the basics of gluten-free baking and most importantly be inspired to create on your own!

YOu know the ole saying, “You can give someone a fish and feed him for a day or you can teach someone to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”? Well….I’ll leave the fishing to my hubby but I will apply the principle here as I do indeed teach you to bake gluten free.

xo, Carol
