When temperatures start to soar what could be better than an icy cold bowl of ice cream? I will tell you – an icy cold bowl of Coconut Bliss Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert!

In case you have never heard of them, Coconut Bliss creates an entire line of luscious, creamy, intoxicating frozen desserts which are dairy free, gluten free and sweetened with agave instead of sugar. They use only the highest quality ingredients, process these ingredients lovingly and the final product is nothing short of spectacular!

Larry and Luna started Coconut Bliss because they were looking for a frozen dessert that would leave them feeling satisfied not sick. They tried rice and soy milk products and finally stumbled upon using coconut milk – so with the help of a two dollar, hand cranked ice cream machine from the Goodwill, a delightful non-dairy frozen treat and a company was born!

I was first introduced to Coconut Bliss from my husband. He was over the moon about this product. What you must realize is that he can eat any dairy product he wants! Given a choice between a bowl of Coconut Bliss and “regular” ice cream, he would choose Coconut Bliss. This is saying something.

With flavors like Luna Berry Swirl, Naked Almond Fudge and Cherry Amaretto, it is really hard to pick a favorite. Maybe it is the Chocolate Peanut Butter. Then again, maybe the Cappuccino. Fortunately, I don’t really have to pick a favorite; I am free to enjoy them all!
