While I talk a lot about the simplicity of leading a gluten-free life there are times when it is just not that easy! Traveling and hectic days are just a couple of times when it really would be easier not to have to be gluten-free. We are hungry, pressed for time and there are not many alternatives out there for grabbing a quick bite to eat.
