Post image for Cupcakes

by Carol Kicinski on October 12, 2009

Whoever invented the cupcake was a genius. A cupcake is so much more than just a small cake.

A cupcake is…

portion controlled decadence.

Something you don’t have to share.

Guaranteed to make someone smile.

A license to be fickle because there’s no commitment.

But mostly a cupcake is a whole celebration that fits in your hand!

Is there anything better than a cupcake?

Yes! A gluten free cupcake.

Here’s a look at what I’ve been up to lately. (Note: these recipes can be found in Simply Gluten Free Desserts)

Chew November 24, 2011 at 7:35 pm

Hello! I have to tell you first and formost your cupcakes all of them, all of your desserts for that matter look amazing. I have celiac and most times its hard to find bake goods that come close to comparing to normal sweets. Second thing I would like to ask is are recipes going to be made available for such cupcakes like the carrot, lemon lime, peanut butter, red velvet. A well as I’m a culinary student and would love the opportunity to talk to you about products and procedures possibly pick your brain for helpful hints. It’s my goal upon graduating to start my own line of allergy free food business and such and sencecarly appreciate any help I can get along the way =)

Carol Kicinski November 26, 2011 at 8:26 pm

Yes, they are all in my book – I can only post a couple of the recipes from my book on the blog (not my rule). Email me – I would be happy to talk to you any time!
