Blogiversary Giveaway – Three Years!

by Carol Kicinski on November 11, 2010

Post image for Blogiversary Giveaway – Three Years!

The end of this month will mark the 3 year anniversary of Simply…Gluten Free!  Wow, where has the time gone?  Who knew when I decided to start this gluten free blog that it would lead to so many wonderful things?  While the opportunities and doors opened to me by the blog have been numerous, the very best thing has been getting to know all my wonderful readers!

I decided that a give away was the very best way to celebrate – after all, isn’t giving so much better than receiving?  I contemplated what I should give away: a bread maker, a blender, a mixer, a pan?  The choices were endless.  That’s when I thought to myself – hey, why not let them decide what they want?  And that’s when the idea of a gift card to came to me.  That way the winner can get anything they want.  Well, OK, not ANYTHING!  If you want a trip to Australia or a brand new car you need to go see Oprah.

So I am giving away a $200.00 gift card to Amazon to one lucky winner.  Just leave me a comment and let me know what’s on your wish list.  I will pick a winner and announce them on November 30, 2010 so leave your comment by November 29th.

Thank you all for making these last three years some of the very best of my life!

Good luck!

PS – If you leave a comment anonymously with no way to contact you I can’t get the card to you if you win the Simply… Gluten Free Blogiversary Giveaway – so make sure I know how to get hold of you!

Super fun, and happy "blogiversary!" :) My wishlist has a bunch of magnetic spice tins on it; I so would love one of those big magnetic on-the-wall spice racks. Lovely aesthetics + functional! Woo hoo! :)

Deanna November 11, 2010 at 7:28 am

What a generous gift for your readers!

I so want a vitamix or blendtec and this gift card would get me a long way towards one. :)

Amy November 11, 2010 at 9:29 am

Great post! I’m looking to make some changes in my own eating habits, so I appreciate your insight a lot! Thank you. I recently stumbled upon this blog. Thanks for the post!

Jeanine November 11, 2010 at 7:31 am

Happy Blogiversary, Carol! Great things come to great people. :)

What I'd like…hmm…I know it would be kitchen related. Maybe a new blender, or an espresso maker.

Maria November 11, 2010 at 7:32 am

Congrats! I would love to stock up on cookbooks!

Reply November 11, 2010 at 7:32 am

Congrats on the anniversary! I want to get a ice cream maker attachment for my KitchenAid. I think your blog is great!

Erica Sara November 11, 2010 at 7:37 am

Happy Blogiversary! Wishing you many more incredible years of fabulous posts :)
I would love a new coffee maker or a new juicer!

Arielle November 11, 2010 at 7:38 am

Oh wow, that is so generous! Happy Blogiversay!!
I could really use some GF cookbooks, since I don't own even one, but I never have the money. Otherwise, Amazon has amazing deals on food that is hard to find where I live, so I would stock up (coconut oil!). :D

Eagles17 November 11, 2010 at 7:41 am

Wow, congratulations, 3 years! That's so exciting!

I would love… compact grill. As a college student, it's not always convenient to pull out the pots and pans when I need to cook. And I'll admit, I've always had a secret love affair with the grills (I'm a sucker for infomercials!).

Congrats, again, and enjoy your day! =)t

Jenn November 11, 2010 at 7:44 am

Congrats! I've got so much stuff on my wishlist, I wouldn't even know where to start. But the newest addition is Photoshop Elements :)

Erica November 11, 2010 at 7:47 am

Happy 3 year blogiversary!
I would love to buy a blender and some new cookbooks.

Anonymous November 11, 2010 at 7:59 am

Happy Anniversary! If I am selected, I will use the gift to purchase gluten free baking supplies such as rice and tapioca flour, as well as some ready made mixes so I am all set for Holiday baking and cooking :) Congratulations again! Love reading your blog.

Suzan November 11, 2010 at 8:00 am

Yeah!! Three Years! Being gluten free is so much easier than a few years ago. I have several gluten-free cookbooks on my wish list!

Allie Tries to Cook November 11, 2010 at 8:05 am

Congrats! That's amazing that you haven't burned out. Blogging is hard work! Let's see – my wishlist runneth over. I want cookbooks and kitchen storage as well as GF baking supplies.

lauranicoledesigns November 11, 2010 at 8:08 am

Congratulations! I really appreciate all that you have made. Your food makes eating gluten free seem so easy, natural, and yummy!

Your giveaway is very generous! My wishlist would include things for a nursery. My husband and I are expecting our first in May :)

Hallie @ Daily Bites November 11, 2010 at 8:11 am

Happy Blogiversary! Three years…what an accomplishment!

My sister is pregnant with her first baby. I'd love to shower her with loads of healthy baby food cookbooks, BPA-free storage containers, and maybe a cute baby bib or two!

Zahra November 11, 2010 at 8:16 am

Happy blog birthday!!! I've enjoyed drooling over your pictures and making your recipes myself!

My wishlist this year is a whole bunch of not-so-importants. We moved not too long ago, and I honestly can't say we NEED much thankfully! However, I've always wanted a pair of diamond stud earrings… I'm allowed to be selfish on wishlists, alright! :D

Shawn November 11, 2010 at 8:19 am

Happy Anniversary. We enjoy reading your blog.

We just had a baby 2 weeks ago and our digital camera is dying a slow death. We could use the card to get a new one.

Iris November 11, 2010 at 8:39 am

Whoa! That is one awesome gift! Of course, you've given us all the gift of your blog and we thank you for it. I don't even know what I would do with $200 at Amazon. The possibilities are endless. A vitamix, a slow cooker, gluten-free flours….who knows!

Paula November 11, 2010 at 8:41 am

I don't have any one large item on my wishlist. Well maybe a Vitamix now that I see someone else comment that but that's not what I was going to say. I've got a growing list of small kitchen items on my wishlist including a couple of Le Creuset's (pie dish and loaf pan), a couple of cookbooks (Gluten Free Girl's and Rick Bayless), cake pan, pastry wheel, oil and vinegar cruet, and an oil mister. $200 should cover all that, I think. :)

Cathy N November 11, 2010 at 8:42 am

Happy Blogiversary!!
At the top of my wish list are items to help me get organized.

micah mcd November 11, 2010 at 8:59 am

Congratulations on three years! My husband and I just recently found your blog and we're very excited to find it! It's encouraging to find gluten free bloggers with wonderful recipes. (I think I'll give Brussel sprouts a try now!)

We're newlyweds and both love to cook and hoping to start blogging our recipes soon – wish list for me, a stand mixer. For him, definitely a food processor.

Happy Anniversary,

Rich & Christen November 11, 2010 at 9:07 am

Congrats on 3 years of wonderful blogging! Amazing how the time flies. I'm planning on doing all my Christmas shopping through Amazon, just to make it easiest. So I have a bunch of stuff waiting in my cart, like toys for my 2 kiddos!

creativecookinggf November 11, 2010 at 9:09 am

I would put it towards a Nook color for myself…I have been wanting a nook since before the first nook hit stores. I was planning on getting one for my birthday (12/4) but we got hit so hard with the economy and I am still out of work so I would buy that for myself :)

qwerkyqook November 11, 2010 at 9:14 am

I love your blog. I'm glad you are still going strong after 3 years. Congrats! I would love a vitamix. My blender currently leaks and makes an awful burning smell…time for a new one!

Heather @CeliacFamily November 11, 2010 at 9:19 am

I can certainly appreciate the time and effort you've spent creating such a wonderful site with delicious (and beautiful) recipes, not to mention useful tips and resources for the GF community. Congratulations!

Hope November 11, 2010 at 9:29 am

That is an AWESOME gift! I would really love a food processor and a french bread pan!

Tash November 11, 2010 at 9:38 am

Happy Blog-Anniversary!

I'd love the Amazon vouched to help towards University books for next semester, and maybe a cafitere or some other simple coffee maker ^_^

I hope the blog carries on for many more years! Always nice having a place that reminds me there are plenty of other people out there with the same condition, and doing it just fine :D

Lindsey November 11, 2010 at 10:05 am

Happy Blogiversary. Thanks for the wionderful giveaway. My wish list includes a new food processor and some gluten-free products.

Barb H November 11, 2010 at 10:28 am

Kristina @ spabettie November 11, 2010 at 10:28 am

congrats on three years!! I love your blog and am happy you have it…

I would put this towards new dishes… I am badly in need of them!

thank you for the opportunity!

Anonymous November 11, 2010 at 10:31 am

I have been looking for an ever-elusive 4-in-1 mini loaf pan. I'd also really love a pot rack to make my tiny kitchen more efficient!

Happy Blogiversary!! Three years that is awesome :)

Keegan November 11, 2010 at 10:55 am

Happy Blog-versary!
I've been drooling over everyone's vitamix for awhile. I hold off, as I'm still in school. Not yet being paid and still very much paying…

Set of knives or cookware additions

Ms. Melody November 11, 2010 at 11:57 am

Happy Blogiversary! I absolutely love your blog and recipes! And how very generous of you to host a giveaway…

If I was the lucky winner, I would definitely get myself a KitchenAid Mixer. (then I wouldn't have to borrow my sister's all the time!)

And here's to many more years for your blog and wealth of information!

Anonymous November 11, 2010 at 12:28 pm

Thanks for the giveaway! I'd love to get a GF breadmachine…6.5 yrs is a long time to be breadless! Kel

jill elise November 11, 2010 at 2:06 pm

Michelle November 11, 2010 at 2:55 pm

I so enjoy your blog – I'm glad I found it when I was newly gluten-free! And I'd love a food processor of some sort, as I hate dicing.

Peter G @ Souvlaki For The Soul November 11, 2010 at 3:24 pm

Congratulations on your 3 year bloggiversary Carol! I look forward to lots more gluten free goodness!

deb ... p.s. bohemian November 11, 2010 at 4:03 pm

gluten free cookbooks and food come to mind – but, since you're being all kinds of generous with this gift card – seems I could replace my beloved KitchenAid mixer with one dedicated to being gluten-free and safe for me forever :)

DeLaMuerte November 11, 2010 at 4:17 pm

Congrats! & Thank you for all the help!

My wish list is very looooong. I wish for a Vitamix, a food processor, a stand mixer, a hand mixer that won't blow up, allergy free cookbooks, and baking needs like special flours & xanthan gum!

Cheriss November 11, 2010 at 4:19 pm

Congratulations on creating such a wonderful blog that so many of us can enjoy! My wish list includes a blender… making carrot cake and crackers gets pretty tedious (and painful for my arthritic hands) without one. =] Thanks for all you do!

Denise November 11, 2010 at 5:06 pm

My wish is to finally have a Le Creuset dutch oven.

Yvette November 11, 2010 at 5:21 pm

Definitely looking for a mandoline!

And wow! It's three years already!

Leilani G November 11, 2010 at 6:38 pm

Wow! Congratulations! And what a generous giveaway. My wish list is overflowing, but one of the big things is a food dehydrator. I would love to be able to make my own dried everything.

Doreen November 11, 2010 at 7:20 pm

Love you and your site…Happy Blogiversary!
Tons on my wish list but for the kitchen I'd love a nice mixer (the hand mixer just isn't cutting it!), a food processor, or this fancy Popsicle maker I saw at Williams Sonoma.

Lisa (bakebikeblog) November 11, 2010 at 7:38 pm

Oh Carol – congratulations on this wonderful blog milestone!! Here's to many more years of yummy GF treats :)
On my wishlist is an icecream maker :) We are coming into summer and I could not think of anything more perfect that homemade icecream mmm

Catherine November 11, 2010 at 7:41 pm

Congratulations Carol and Happy Blogiversary! :) On my wishlist is a food processor or Vitamix! I have been gluten free for over 10 years and am still using a cheap (and faulty) blender that was given to me!
It would make it so much easier to make homemade soups, nut flours and butters and everything else I love to bake! Thank you so much for this opportunity Carol. Happy Holidays and congratulations again! :)

KYMomma November 11, 2010 at 8:03 pm

Happy "blogiversary"! I LOVE your blog and look forward to your posts! What a great way to celebrate 3 years in the month of November, by gifting to someone else. I'd love to receive this gift, but if I don't, someone else needs it more than I do.
Thank you so much for all you do!

Heidi @Adventures of a Gluten Free Mom November 11, 2010 at 8:04 pm

Happy Blogiversary Carol! We are so blessed to have you in the gluten-free community and not just for your fabulous website. Your friendship and smile is worth it's weight in gold.

Tandy November 11, 2010 at 8:05 pm

Congratulations on having such a successful blog and keeping it going for 3 years!

With new diagnoses of food allergies, my hubby and I would love to be able to get a good Cuisinart food processor. I hope I win!

jewelry girl November 11, 2010 at 8:08 pm

Happy Blogiversary! I would like a new digital camera to replace my poor broken one…I am really missing taking pictures…and would love it before the holidays!

Michelle November 11, 2010 at 8:09 pm

My wish list contains something that a gift card won't necessarily give… but… with help I might be able to give it to my child… that wish.. is for him to be happier and healthier. You see, we have just started on the journey of living Gluten and Casein Free and will most likely be Soy and Sugar Free as well. I am hoping to learn how to cook for him in ways that will bring him joy when he sits down to a meal as well as provide the nutrition that he needs. He is almost 14 and we have battled the same problems since birth, never knowing that they could be food related. No one, not even all the specialists that we say through the years ever suggested such. I was blessed to meet someone that gave me a book to read and it has changed our lives for the better.

DeLong Family November 11, 2010 at 8:11 pm

Happy bogiversary. On my wishlist is cookbooks, kitchen storage, and mixer attachments to make my own pasta.

Laura November 11, 2010 at 8:14 pm

My wishlist has a new Mac laptop on the top of it :)

Kim - Cook It Allergy Free November 11, 2010 at 8:17 pm

3 years?? Wow! I have been following you for at least 2 of those! Time sure flies! Happy happy Blogiversary (and yes, soon that word will actually be recognized in spell check as an actual word)! Congratulations, my sweet friend, on all of your amazing successes over these last years! ;)

Jas. November 11, 2010 at 8:19 pm

congratulations Carol! I love your blog and it was the first gluten free blog I loved and followed.

There are so many things I'd want (note they are wants not needs!) lets see now… a stick mixer, beauty & the beast dvd (yay finally), pretty cupcake liners, new cooking spoons, spatulas, tea towels and a gingerbread man cookie cutter!

Shannon November 11, 2010 at 8:19 pm

Congrats! As a blogger myself (who is behind due to my recent GF lifestyle) I know that's a great feat!

Being recently GF, there is so much I still have to learn and do. Some books would definitely be in order, as would some separate cooking utensils and pans since I do not live in a completely GF household. And food! I try to eat as plainly and cleanly as possible, but still miss so many of the convenience foods I relied upon in my first 40 yrs of life!

Laura Suskin November 11, 2010 at 8:22 pm

I would love a few cookbooks- especially the new one The Cake Doctor Bakes GF (or a very similar title!). Happy A day!

Liz November 11, 2010 at 8:29 pm

Happy blogiversary! What an amazing achievement. My wishlist consists of ditching my old cookware and upgrading to all cast iron. :D

Mary November 11, 2010 at 8:32 pm

Happy anniversary!

I'd love a small electric countertop grill and a new pancake griddle.

Stephanie November 11, 2010 at 8:42 pm

Congratulations Carol! It's been a great three years. I always get so excited when I see you've posted something new and delicious!

What a great giveaway idea! I've had a fancy teapot on my wishlist for ages, as well as a couple dozen cookbooks! I also really need to have some sort of food storage stock, which I'm sure a gift card would give me a great start to! Thanks so much!!

RK November 11, 2010 at 8:56 pm

Happy blogiversary! I'd love to update my set of pots :)

Casey November 11, 2010 at 9:09 pm

Wow, three years is quite an accomplishment to still be regularly blogging! I crapped out a little over the two year mark and am trying to get back with it but lacking the time.

Happy Blogiversary!

Hmm, I just sprung for the new Vitamix but am dying for a Breville ice cream maker for the kids. Hopefully Santa will get on that…

hoopyscoopsmom November 11, 2010 at 9:24 pm

Congratulations on your 3 year anniversary! And thank you for all your work! I have many things on my wish list, but I think a Vitamix or Blendtec would be at the top of my list.

missa November 11, 2010 at 9:55 pm

Blessings to you on your blogiversary!!! I am just celebrating my one year annivesary…mostly geared to people with Cystic Fibrosis and learning how to heal our bodies naturally.

What would I buy on amazon??? maybe a rice cooker…..little bottles for making vanilla….and lots and lots of books:)

mudnmayhem November 11, 2010 at 10:04 pm

Congrats on your 3 years! My wish list includes shoes! :) Oh, and maybe a few GF cookbooks.

Alice November 11, 2010 at 10:25 pm

Being another newbie to this world of gluten free (dairy free too)… I am so happy to have found your blog! I would love to be able to replace all my old cookbooks with gluten free cookbooks! That would be amazing.. especially with the holidays coming.

tbonecats November 12, 2010 at 3:57 am

Congrats on 3 years! Thanks for the generous giveaway.

I would probably use the gift card in part on gf foods bought in bulk on Amazon since so many products are significantly cheaper that way. I would also like to get my mom a nice piece of breast cancer awareness jewelry, since she was just diagnosed last month and had surgery the beginning of this month and will be getting radiation over the holidays this year.

Christine Harling November 12, 2010 at 4:56 am

Congratulations! I have some cookbooks on my wish list, and also some staples like GF oats, flour and pasta.

ladydi115 November 12, 2010 at 5:01 am

Happy blogiversary! Thanks for a great contest.
My wish list would include all the great gluten free foods now available on Amazon as well as a tofu press I have had my eye on.

kelly8977 November 12, 2010 at 5:44 am

Happy anniversary. I new to GF and find your blog and many others to be so helpful. Its like a virtual support group for me everyday. I know that gift card to amazon would allow me to get some gcoobooks and other goodies to help me learn as much as I can about living GF. Heres to many more years.

Lisa Whitaker November 12, 2010 at 6:39 am

Congrats. I just found your site but am already in love with it.

I a Vitamix on the top of my wish list!

Stacy November 12, 2010 at 7:20 am

Probably tops on my wish list is a digital camera

Grig November 12, 2010 at 7:21 am

Thanks so much for this great giveaway! :) The #1 item on my wishlist right now is a leather cover for my new Kindle.

If I win, my email is

Maggie November 12, 2010 at 7:27 am

3 years! That's amazing Carol. You are a machine. Congratulations. Last night I was looking at Blendtecs on Amazon so this 200 would go a long way towards that. But I'm also a bok junkie (for me and my kids) so I'd be happy to buy a pile of books :) Thanks Carol.

Anonymous November 12, 2010 at 7:33 am

My food processor died so I'd love to get a new one.

Trina November 12, 2010 at 8:16 am

Happy blog-a-versary! That is a huge accomplishment!!

I am saving up for a cricut cake machine!! That will definitely be my next splurge!

Michelle November 12, 2010 at 8:33 am

I, too, have been lusting after a Vitamix :)

Looking forward to many more delicious recipes in years to come!

cooperkelly4 November 12, 2010 at 9:03 am

wow what a generous gift! Congratulations on 3 years. We are at 1 1/2 years and it does fly by. =0) I would love to get some books sets for my kids (ie sugar creek gang audio cds) and my food processor just died on me just last night. Happy blogiversary!
cooperkelly4@yahoo dot com.

Heather Jacobsen November 12, 2010 at 10:39 am

Hey Carol! Happy anniversary! Your blog is as old as my son. :)

What's on my wish list can't be bought at Amazon. I am wishing for a way to bring the gf/celiac community closer together.

But thanks for such a generous offer. I can't wait to find out who the lucky winner is!

Denise Michaels - Adventurous Foodie November 12, 2010 at 11:04 am

Congratulations on your third anniversary, Carol. There's been so much more awareness of Celiac and gluten-free choices the last three years. I don't have Celiac's – I just don't think it's a healthy thing to have a whole lot of gluten coursing through my body. That's why I'm grateful for info like yours.

Two things on my wishlist:

I've had a home-based business for a decade. I want to shift away from what I've been doing and create income with writing. I have a degree in Journalism and Marketing, a published book – so this is not a dream – just taking it to the next level.

Second, I have a friend whose fallen on very tough times the last two years. Used to be very successful and he's having a tough time getting on his feet again. I hope he finds his way soon.

I know you can't buy these things from Amazon – but maybe I can get books that'll help me (and him) get on our way.

Thanks for the opportunity.

Sarah November 12, 2010 at 11:20 am

I want a vitamix, food processor or a mixer. My arms are getting tired!

p.s. I want to add that I love, love, love the posole recipe. I plan to convert my family to this healthy version this holiday season.

Anonymous November 12, 2010 at 12:22 pm

Happy Blogiversary! I love to replace pasta with vegetables in traditional dishes. I would want a spiralizer for veggies.

Jeri November 12, 2010 at 1:33 pm

This is exciting. I would love a breadmachine. I like the other ideas of cookbooks. I'm new to gf and don't have those kinds of cookbooks.

Elizabeth Bailey November 12, 2010 at 1:36 pm

Happy Anniversary! I'm new to GF, so there are *many* new items on my wishlist. ;-) Thank you for doing such a generous giveaway!

the4j's November 12, 2010 at 1:53 pm

Cookbooks – so I can make the recipes into Gluten free ones!
Can't wait to try the brussel sprouts! YUM!
Thanks for your site – congrats on 3 years! Woo HOO!

Catherine Agnes November 12, 2010 at 1:59 pm

My wishlist is full of baby things and delicious GF snacks and mixes to make eating easier after my baby is born in January. :-)

Nathan & Bronwyn McLellan November 12, 2010 at 2:09 pm

Hi Carol, I've just discovered your blog recently. I live in a community house with 8 other adults plus a baby and we share meals each weeknight. One of our housemates has dairy and wheat allergies, so we are having fun discovering meals she can eat. Your site is full of yummy inspiration! Our wishlist would include some cookbooks and kitchen gadgets. Bronwyn

Dragonpynk November 12, 2010 at 2:40 pm

Found your blog recently. Have to say I love it. Having lived the last year with a roommate that is Gluten intolerant I have learned a lot. My wish list has a lot on it but mostly a digital food scale and some of the gluten free cook books so I can better make dishes that are gluten free friendly. Happy Blogiversary!!!!

mordath November 12, 2010 at 2:59 pm

Happy blogiversary! What an awesome idea – I'm mildly obsessed with the idea of making arepas, so I'd use it towards some harina pan and a griddle to cook them on.

Roo November 12, 2010 at 5:30 pm

Awesome giveaway! I really want a camera bag and a new apron – both simple things that would make life easier. :)

The InTolerant Chef November 12, 2010 at 7:24 pm

A very happy blogiversary to you!
It's great to have an online community with similar dietary issues to turn to for inspiration.
Hmm… if I had a voucher to spend, I would probably spend it on all the little things that I see and think 'oh that's cute',like cookie cutters and stuff. I can usually justify a bigger purchase, but pass up on all the little bits and pieces.

Janet November 12, 2010 at 8:59 pm

Congratulations on your third anniversary! It's been great having bloggers like you to help out those of us with gluten sensitivity. I've learned far more reading these blogs than talking to doctors or going to medical websites. I currently have a bunch of stuff that I've "saved for later" in my Amazon shopping cart. It would be nice for some of those "later" items to become "sooner".

cakesnbakes November 12, 2010 at 9:33 pm

Happy Blogiversary! I have loved following all of your posts! My Wish List contains a variety of baking supplies, all used to create the best gluten-free goods possible. The first of these would probably be a french loaf pan in order to create a classic crispy and tender gluten-free french bread. A girl can dream!

judee@glutenfreeA-Z November 13, 2010 at 6:33 am

Congratulations! You have done a great job on your blog! Happy Blogiversary.

I am relatively new to gluten free blogging, so what I would really love is to be able to buy is a good camera to take beautiful pictures of the food I make to post to my blog..

RecipeGirl November 13, 2010 at 7:44 am

Congrats on 3 years! My wish list on Amazon is for a $1200 lens!!

Becca November 13, 2010 at 7:50 am

Happy Anniversary!

I would buy… cheese making equipment/books to use with my goat and sheep's milk! :)

KarenLana November 13, 2010 at 8:03 am

Happy, Happy Blogiversary! I really am grateful for your blog.

My wish list always includes books and GF items but I'd really love a macro lens for my camera.

Laila November 13, 2010 at 10:05 am

Congrats on the blogiversary! My list includes some GF cookbooks and products.

Anne Marie November 13, 2010 at 10:38 am

Congrats on 3 years Carol! You are doing a great job!

My wish list includes a bunch of items to help get my kitchen cleaned and sorted to separate wheat/gluten free from the rest. I am the only one in the house who recently has the special diet (no wheat, dairy, peanuts, etc) so need to get containers/canisters for almost everything and new equipment. A rice cooker would be nice to have also since rice has become a new staple.

Happy Blogiversary! :)

I would probably order a heck load of gluten free products that one cannot get in Canada. Or an ice cream maker.

Sondi November 13, 2010 at 4:11 pm

Happy Blogging Anniversary Carol! Your blog is my favorite gluten free blog, such delicious things you make.

I think I could use some new attachments for my kitchenaid mixer or perhaps some nice new calphalon pans.

Keep up the great work and keep the yummy recipes coming.

Brenda November 13, 2010 at 11:22 pm

Happy Bog-Anniversary! I would like a new mill as I grind most of my own flours. Mine is old and I have to use it outside because it produces so much dust. I cook, from scratch, for the love of my life. We found out he had Celiac Disease 2 years ago, and our home went gluten free. I LOVE the gluten free blogs, like yours. I bake bread, make cakes and cookies and following blogs has helped me learn so much about living gluten free.

Happy Blogiversary!!

If I ‘m being a bit daring here (I think it is, anyway) – I’d use it on a vitamix blender!!

Lana November 19, 2012 at 6:14 pm

I was just alerted to this blog by a friend who has to cook gluten free for her son and husband. She sent me here to find a soft dinner roll recipe that she recommended. On way to there, I saw your give away offer. Congratulations on 3 years. What an accomplishment. I have to be gluten free and so does my grown son. I am always looking for good gluten free recipes for family get-togethers, like Thanksgiving, Chrismas, birthdays! If I win, I would use the Amazon gift card to buy assorted items: a bread maker, K-cups for the holidays, gluten-free dessert cookbook (life is short, eat dessert first!)

Jessica October 9, 2013 at 3:27 pm

I just started going gluten free not too long ago. I would love to buy some pasta attachments for my kitchenaide.
