Writing a cookbook and having it published is remarkably similar to having a baby; there is that first spark where it is created; then long months of gestation, nurturing and growing the tiny spark into a fully formed entity followed by an intense period of heavy labor as the deadline approaches and a final push to get it out! With a cookbook the “baby” needs to go into intensive care, editing, more editing, layout, even more editing, printing, binding and what not and finally the baby gets to come home!

Finally, after lots of hard work, much anticipation and talk, my baby is home. I’m very proud of the work and now I’m going back in the kitchen where it all began.
Now it’s time for the baby to go out into the world. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed creating it!
