Moscow Mule

I shared this surprisingly delicious cocktail on my blog a while ago and was a bit nervous about the ginger beer, as I had tried some in the past and did not like it at all. A friend recommended Bundaberg Ginger Beer and I am glad she did because it is even great to drink on its own. And yes! It is gluten-free! This cocktail is a definite must-have at any summer barbecue.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces ginger beer (Bundaberg is gluten-free)
  • 2 lime wedges
Instructions
  1. In a cocktail glass filled ¾ full with ice, pour in your vodka, ginger beer, and juice from your lime wedges. Stir your cocktail up well and then drop in what is left of your squeezed lime wedges into the glass.
