Ingredients
  • 1 cup vanilla coconut milk ice cream
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup canned coconut milk full fat
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.

Note: To keep this milkshake free of cane sugar, choose a naturally sweetened brand of coconut milk ice cream (such as Luna & Larry’s).
