Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 large Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon packed finely grated lemon zest
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Enjoy immediately.
