Peach Habanero Margarita
If you like your cocktails a little spicy, then this is the drink for you. The sweet peach flavor shines, but the margarita gets a kick thanks to habanero peppers.
**Disclaimer: Always check with alcohol manufacturers first to find out if there is any gluten used in processing.**
- Ice cubes
- 1½ ounces silver tequila
- 2 slices habanero pepper cut the pepper crosswise, so the slices are rings
- 3 ounces peach juice
- ½ ounce Cointreau
- ¼ ounce lime juice
Add ice, tequila, and the slices of habanero pepper to a cocktail shaker. Shake well to release the pepper flavor into the tequila. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well again. Fill a margarita glass half way with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
