  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • ½ medium cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½-1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or other nut/seed butter of choice
  • 1-2 cups coconut water
  • Ice as needed
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice, as needed, to reach your desired consistency.
