Thanksgiving Hack – Super Easy Gluten Free Yam Casserole Recipe

So, Thanksgiving is coming up fast and you have a lot on your plate in order to get everything on everyone else’s plate.  If you are in the need for a super quick, super easy gluten free yam casserole recipe, have I got one for you! It has only 6 ingredients, including salt and pepper, and takes about 2 minutes to whip up! After that you can pop it in the oven at the time or cook it ahead and re-heat in the microwave if oven space is at a premium.

What’s the secret to this super simple, really delish yam casserole? Ready-made canned vanilla frosting! It sounds crazy, I know, but it works!

Most ready-made canned frostings are filled with things like high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors, so I opt for Wholesome! Organic Vanilla Frosting; it is all organic, Non-GMO verified, gluten free, Kosher, and vegan as well as being Fair Trade Certified. And the containers are recyclable and BPA free.
