Hot White Peppermint Chocolate (Non-Alcoholic) Recipe
For those chilly evenings, I have a flavorful white chocolate delight for you. You can make this on the stovetop as I did, or in a slow cooker if you are having a crowd over. The blend of white chocolate chips with the vanilla and peppermint make this mocktail one of the best versions of hot chocolate you will ever taste.
You can make this flavorful white hot chocolate on the stovetop for yourself or in a slow cooker for a large group.
- 1½ cups milk I used 2%
- 3 ounces white chocolate chips
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon pure peppermint extract
- Whipped cream for serving
- Ground cinnamon for serving
On the stovetop in a small saucepan, pour in the milk, white chocolate chips, vanilla and peppermint extracts, and heat on low. Continuously stir so that the white chocolate chips melt and don’t clump together. Once the chips are all melted, pour into a coffee mug and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and enjoy.
