Lemon Blueberry Smoothie Bowls Recipe
Here’s a sweet smoothie bowl that includes veggies. With tangy berries, creamy zucchini, and brightness from the lemon juice, you won’t be able to get enough of this one! Wash and measure out your berries the night before for an even faster morning getaway.
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup frozen zucchini
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder or hemp powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup coconut water or dairy-free milk
- fresh berries, coconut, cacao nibs, lemon zest, peanut butter
Add everything into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl, add your toppings, and enjoy!
