Ingredients
For the savory:
  • ¼ avocado sliced
  • 1 slice gluten-free bread toasted
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Hemp seeds to taste
For the sweet:
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 slice gluten-free bread toasted
  • ½ banana sliced
  • Chia seeds for garnish
Instructions
For the savory: 
  1. Place the avocado slices on the toast, or mash the avocado and spread on toast. Top with a drizzle of lime juice, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and top with hemp seeds for added protein.
For the sweet: 
  1. Spread almond butter on toast. Top with sliced banana and sprinkle with chia seeds.
