Revisit your favorite baked goods with Gluten Free Nation
Take a look at the photo above. Is that not just a beautiful sight? That pound cake looks fabulous and those strawberries so fresh! And while I didn’t take that photo, I did just have some gluten free lemon pound cake with fresh strawberries that looked just like that (I ate it too quickly to snap a photo). If you’re suddenly craving this delicious dessert, you’ll be happy to know you can now revisit your favorite baked goods with Gluten Free Nation.
Gluten Free Nation produces breads, buns, muffins, pecan pie, and cookies that are all Certified Gluten Free and made in a dedicated gluten free facility. One of my favorite products of theirs is their lemon pound cake. It’s versatile, has perfect taste and texture, and can be topped with sliced fruit or fruit compotes.
The owner of Gluten Free Nation, Randi Markowitz, spent six years perfecting her gluten free bakery items before they hit the shelves. They are now in many popular retail stores like HEB, Safeway, Kroger and Albertsons and are available online.
What’s also great about this company is that they do food service, which means their products are available in schools, retirement communities, assisted living facilities, hospitals, restaurants and more. Having a brand available that you can trust when you’re in one of these places is definitely a positive thing and that means you can have your favorite baked goods safely gluten free.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to grab another slice of pound cake!
