Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe avocados , pitted and diced
  • 1 medium Roma tomato , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper , seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Sea salt , to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately.
