Bananas Foster Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (12.5 g) brown sugar
  • ounces (75 mL) banana puree (or about ¾ of a medium banana, mashed)
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) lemon juice
  • ounces (37 mL) cognac
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) amaretto
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup (140 g) ice

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend together until there are no ice chunks left. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Note: Some companies use almonds to make their amaretto and others use nut-free ingredients. If you need a nut-free option, check with alcohol manufacturers first.
