Ingredients

  • 1 cup (80 g) gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 cup (240 mL) water
  • ½ teaspoon (1.3 g) ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon (0.5 g) ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • Pinch of kosher or fine sea salt
  • 6 tablespoons (90 mL) unsweetened milk of choice
  • Pure maple syrup , to taste
  • cup (98 g) fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup (20 g) unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, water, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, divide the oats between 2 bowls. Divide and top with the milk, maple syrup, blueberries, and coconut.
