Who out there loves cookie dough? Did you know that there is actually cookie dough flavored vodka? Well, there is! And we are using it in this fun St. Patrick’s Day cocktail. The Irish Cookie Cocktail mixes cookie dough vodka with Irish cream liqueur and milk to create a cocktail with a flavor all its own. Now you can have your cookie and drink it, too! How lucky is that?!

Irish Cookie Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (60 mL) cookie dough vodka*
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) gluten-free Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) 2% milk

Instructions

  • In a shaker with ice, add cookie dough vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and milk. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Note:

  • To make this dairy-free, use gluten-free, dairy-free Irish cream liqueur (Bailey's makes one with almond milk) and dairy-free milk of choice.

Notes

*Pinnacle makes a cookie dough vodka, though there may be other brands available, too.
