Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 mL) milk of choice (I use plant-based milk)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 dates , pitted
  • 1 teaspoon (2.6 g) ground cinnamon
  • tablespoons (11 g) cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons (32 g) sunflower seed butter, peanut butter, or almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25 mL) pure vanilla extract

Optional add-ins:

  • Maca powder
  • Lucuma powder

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you want a thicker smoothie, you can add ice and blend again.
