Jen’s Holiday Punch

‘Tis the season to enjoy festive holiday punches. My favorite thing about creating them is that once you have the right proportions, it is super simple to make your batch as large as you need to please any size crowd.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (60 mL) clear rum
  • ½ cup (120 mL) pure cranberry juice
  • ½ cup (120 mL) orange juice
  • ½ cup (120 mL) pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) pomegranate juice
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) ginger ale

Garnishes:

  • You can add orange slices, fresh or frozen cranberries or fresh or frozen pomegranate seeds to make your punch extra festive.

Instructions

  • To prepare: In a large punch bowl, combine all the liquid ingredients. Stir to mix well. Add in any or all garnishes.
  • To serve: Fill glass with ice. Use a ladle to pour punch into the glass. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim of the glass.

Notes

Makes 2¼ cups. Recipe is meant to be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled, as needed.
