“This flour means that we can enjoy life again, be happy about baking and savor every bite. There is never a “do you think it will taste good” moment with this flour. We always know that it will be delicious.”
“Just wanted to Thank You for the Flour …. I just got done baking Rhubarb cookies with the flour …. I was impressed and ohhhhh, they taste GOOD!”
“I made blueberry muffins from Simply Gluten-Free Dessert recipes–my first use of Carol Kicinski’s cookbook and flour. The recipe was super easy to follow and the flour had a silky feel to it. I loved the muffins with lemon-zest and sugar sprinkled on top, bursting with organic blueberries! My favorite blueberry muffin I have ever baked!”
“I look forward to trying your recipes. I have all your cookbooks and I love your flour blend. It makes THE BEST banana bread ever. I adapted my grandmother’s recipe using your flour and no one can tell it is gluten free!”
“I recently purchased your Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour for my son and it is truly life-changing. You see, Andrew was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 10 years ago last month, at 18 months of age. He was the first child in our area diagnosed with the condition, making it very difficult to get any information for treating him. His condition is what inspired me into going into nursing school and in many ways have changed my family’s lives for the better. However, there have been many challenges along the way. Andrew has always felt like an outcast, never able to eat the same food as others. Your flour has given him the opportunity to fit in. I tossed all of our wheat flour right in the garbage. There is no more making 2 dinners, 2 separate batches of cookies, or 2 cakes for his birthday. The flour makes for such magnificent food that the entire family can indulge with joy! Thank you so much for creating so many new opportunities for our family, especially my son, this holiday season.”
“THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your amazing gluten-free flour!! I don’t know how I found your flour online, but I am so thankful that I did. After trying countless g-free flours from our local health food store, and being disappointed with each and every one, I thought that it was hopeless finding one that really worked.”
“I am in LOVE with Carol’s GF Flour. my recipes have turned out wonderful with it.”
“I am so thrilled with the results so far I just wish I could stay home and bake! So many recipes that I thought I wouldn’t be able to make again but now?
My husband loves the cherry cake and ate about half of it yesterday! He is skinny as a rake so he can afford to do that but when he gave our grandson a piece, I thought the poor boy would cry.
He has been close to celiac all his 9 years and never had “normal” food, kid food like Smarties (we get M&Ms), strawberry twizzlers (what is a movie night without licorice?) and the two things he has always wanted … pizza crust he can actually eat and a doughnut.
I worked on it and now he eats my GF pizza with great enjoyment and for his birthday last year, he received a whole dozen doughnuts as well as GF Monster cookies!
Now with this flour, I hope to make his food choices wider and better than ever!
You may have an idea by now how important eating well and gluten-free is to me.
As I have already said, I cannot thank you enough.”
“I have been gf for about five years now and have tried so many different mixtures and been so disappointed in the results.
I have always loved to cook and was a cake decorator and cake lover. So getting on this diet was extremely hard for me. Especially watching others eat what I loved so much.
I still get a little upset whenever I am somewhere and have trouble finding something that I would love to eat and not just get something because it is what I can eat.
I loved experimenting with new restaurants and finding places on the back roads whenever we would travel.
But I have found that with your flour mixture I can really use it cup for cup with regular flour.
This morning I made my regular recipe for honey pancakes and made it with your flour. They were some of the best I have had.”
