My husband loves the cherry cake and ate about half of it yesterday! He is skinny as a rake so he can afford to do that but when he gave our grandson a piece, I thought the poor boy would cry.
He has been close to celiac all his 9 years and never had “normal” food, kid food like Smarties (we get M&Ms), strawberry twizzlers (what is a movie night without licorice?) and the two things he has always wanted … pizza crust he can actually eat and a doughnut.
I worked on it and now he eats my GF pizza with great enjoyment and for his birthday last year, he received a whole dozen doughnuts as well as GF Monster cookies!
Now with this flour, I hope to make his food choices wider and better than ever!
