Ingredients

  • 1 13.5-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks not thawed
  • Juice and zest of 1 medium lime
  • 3 tablespoons light agave syrup

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4 hours or up to 3 days.
