Gluten Free Dry Rub Ribs Recipe

If it’s too cold to go outside and barbecue, that’s OK! You can still get all the flavor and smokiness of an old-fashioned cookout in your kitchen, in your very own slow cooker.

This is one of my favorite indoor barbecue recipes, I hope you enjoy it!

The smokiness in this recipe comes from cinnamon and paprika. These spices on their own don’t necessarily scream “outside campfire” but when they are cooked together all day they definitely take on a smoky, comforting flavor.
