Green Monster Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ medium frozen banana
  • ½ cup water, plus more if needed
  • ¼ medium ripe avocado, pitted
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, adding more water if necessary to keep things moving. Enjoy right away.
