For many people, when you first go gluten-free there are 3 things you think you’ll never get to eat again: bread, pasta, baked goods. It may be difficult to wrap your head around at first, but not only is it possible to have all those things gluten-free, but nowadays they are virtually indistinguishable from their gluten-filled counterparts. Today’s example: MyBread.

If you haven’t heard of MyBread yet, get ready to meet your new favorite bread. This company is a dedicated gluten-free and nut-free bakery located in Wisconsin. They make baguettes and pita bread, and both are absolutely delicious! Their baguettes are soft on the inside and develop a beautiful, crisp crust on the outside when you bake them. Their pita breads come in original and ancient grain with chia and flax, and both of them are great – they are soft and foldable like a pita should be.

The products from MyBread are the kinds of products that make people who are not gluten-free ask, “Wow, this is really gluten-free?” and people who are gluten-free say, “No this is proper gluten-free bread!” These days, you don’t need to suffer cardboard taste and texture or bread that crumbles when you look at it. It’s no longer acceptable for gluten-free food to be anything less than on par with gluten-filled food, in my opinion, and I don’t want to put words in their mouth, but it may be safe to say that’s MyBread’s opinion, too!

Best of all, MyBread is not only gluten-free, but free from dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. It’s perfect for families with mixed food allergies or people who just want to have an option that covers multiple allergens.
