Recommends: Good It’s Gluten Free

Takeout is one of the toughest parts about being gluten-free. Depending on the city you live in, there are likely to be very few places you can grab safe, gluten-free takeout from. Menu items like fried chicken and other breaded items like Asian-style fried chicken (chicken katsu) are out of the question at most restaurants. That’s why I’m happy to tell you about a new product that brings takeout favorites to your home kitchen with just a few simple steps and about 15 minutes of cooking time. It’s called Good It’s Gluten Free.

Good It’s Gluten Free recently launched in the U.S. after starting in the U.K. with great success. They offer five different meal kits: Korean Chilli, Southern Fry’d, Katsu Curry, Tandoori Tikka, and Chinese Salt & Pepper. The meal kits come with the seasoning, breading, and sauce ingredients and all you need to do is supply the protein or vegetable of choice to create an easy meal that serves two.

What I love about these meal kits is their versatility. You can make them with chicken, tofu, or vegetables like eggplant. And I love the many options they have, with Katsu Curry being one of my favorites.

Another thing I love about Good It’s Gluten Free is that they are very allergy friendly – they are not only gluten free, but dairy free and egg free, too. Try one (or all!) of these delicious meal kits today!
