Instructions
Use a 4-quart slow cooker. Place the chicken pieces into the insert, and add the corn and ¼ cup of liquid from the can. Add black beans and tomatoes and chilies. Stir in the chicken broth.Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for about 4 hours. (If you don’t mind adding an extra ingredient, serve with shredded cheese and/or sour cream – dairy-free or regular.)
