cream cheese

Instructions
Reserving 2 teaspoons of the liquid, drain and chop the giardiniera.
Combine the chopped giardiniera and reserved liquid with the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate until serving time. The dip is best made the day before and allowed to sit in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld and mellow.
Serve with gluten-free crackers, toasted baguette slices, or crudités.
