¾cupshredded mozzarella cheeseor shredded cheese of choice
¼cupchopped red onion
¼cupchopped green bell pepper
¼cupquartered cherry tomatoes
3tablespoonssliced black olives
2tablespoonscrumbled feta cheese
Chopped parsleyfor garnish (optional)
Prepare the pizza crust according to the instructions.
When the crust is done baking, remove it from the oven and top it with the sauce. Layer on the mozzarella, veggies, olives, and feta. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the vegetables have softened. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley (if using) and serve.
