1red bell pepperseeded, deveined, and thinly sliced
½cupchopped cilantro leaves
4gluten free hamburger buns
Combine the chicken broth, SunButter, lime juice, honey, chili garlic sauce, and tamari in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the SunButter is melted and the sauce is hot. Add the turkey and red bell pepper and continue to cook until the turkey is warmed and fully coated with the sauce. Take off the heat, stir in the cilantro and serve on hamburger buns. Add coleslaw, if desired.
