Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the walnuts and raisins in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth.
Stir in the walnuts and raisins. Freeze for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Note: If desired, you can toast the walnut pieces in a dry skillet, then let cool completely before adding.
