Puree the honeydew in a blender until smooth (do this in batches if needed). In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Add the honeydew puree and whisk to combine.
Sprinkle the chopped macadamia nuts into the bottom of 8 ice pop molds. Pour in the honeydew mixture. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until firm, 6-8 hours. (If the sticks will not stand up straight in the pops at first, freeze the pops without the sticks for about 1-2 hours, then insert the sticks and continue freezing until firm.)
