Ingredients

  • ¼ cup packed pitted dates
  • 1 13.5-ounce can full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Place the dates in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Soak for 30 minutes. Drain and add to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  • Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
