  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth. Add the maple syrup, melted butter, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. Stir in the pecans.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the filling looks set.
