Ingredients
  • 3 pounds beef roast
  • cup molasses not blackstrap
  • cup gluten-free Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Hot mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except the potatoes into a large plastic food storage bag. Seal the bag well and place in the freezer. When it comes time to cook, thaw overnight in the refrigerator, and empty the contents of the bag into a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or on high for about 5 hours. Serve over hot mashed potatoes with a side salad.
